Check-in

Check-in can be done between 15:00 - 19:00 on the day of arrival, if you wish to check-in later, just let us know so we know and can be there for you.

Equipment in the apartments

All apartments are equipped with bed linen, towels and a hairdryer. The kitchens of the apartments have crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots, there is also salt and black pepper. A starter kit with toilet paper and kitchen paper is available in the apartments.

No cleaning in the apartments takes place during the stay.

WiFi

A free WiFi is available.

Parking

Parking is available in the yard. Parking should be done at the far end of the guesthouses on the mowed grass area (so that the cars do not obscure the view for our guests). The place is marked with P-signs.

Packing

A tip for you as a wine lover is to "pack a few holes" in your suitcase so you can bring a few bottles home (when buying wine from us, we usually provide bubble wrap).

Money

Here in northern Italy, it almost always works to pay with just a regular credit card, Visa, Mastercard. So we would say that you basically don't need to exchange any money.

One of the few places that don't take credit cards is the weekly market that sell vegetables (those that sell other things usually take credit cards). The market is on Tuesdays and Fridays in Acqui Terme. So if you want to buy vegetables here, of course, then it might be a good idea to exchange some Euros.
