Hiking between the wine fields from Ricaldone to Maranzana

Visit two different "Big Benches"

This hike goes on a small gravel road between the wine fields. You pass on this two different "big benches" which are a perfect place to just enjoy the view and maybe bring a glass of your favorite drink.

The hike is 3.2km long. The start of the trail is only 11km from our farm and only takes 15min by car.

Big Bench #104

From the large red wooden sofa called Big Bench 104 you have a sweeping view of all the wine fields.

On the horizon you can see the large dome of the church in the village of Fontanile.

Big Bench #288

Big Bench #288 is located on a hill or ridge if you will just south of the village of Maranzana. Here there is a very beautiful view of the wine fields.

From here you can also walk to the village of Maranzana between the vineyards, it is only 1.1km to the village and at the beginning of the village you will find the wine cooperative Cantina Maranzana. They have a wine shop with an associated wine bar so you can just walk in without having booked first and have a glass of wine at the bar.
