Borgo Maragliano

Borgo Maragliano - Loazzolo

The Galliano family owns Borgo Maragliano, a vineyard near the village of Loazzolo. It is located 450 meters above sea level on a natural terrace in the southern Langhe, surrounded by hills reaching over 600 meters.

Their glass and steel tasting room appears to be suspended in mid-air, offering magical panoramic views of the landscape.

If you love bubbly and especially the AltaLanga appellation then this is the place to visit. They are famous for their bubbly and have a number of different varieties to offer. The most famous appellation is of course the one called AltaLanga and is a DOCG.

AltaLanga is in our opinion one of the best bubbly there is!!

The journey home from Loazzolo.
There is a magically beautiful winding road from Loazzolo to Acqui Terme that goes via one of the highest ridges in the area. It may be advisable to take it on the way home so you don't have to rush.

From Loazzolo, enter the following places into your GPS
